Measures to help keep our customers and our staff safe.

Customers are required to:

• Use hand sanitiser on entry and exit of the premises.
• Maintain the required distance from our team.
• We have altered the start times of our experiences to allow us to control the flow of customers on the premises.

Cleanliness of the premises

We have always used Antibacterial cleaning products in the business to keep all equipment and touch points safe. There has always been time between games, to clean and sanitise after each booking.

Who will be in the room with us?

This has not changed, you will only be with people in your group, and the only other person you come into contact with is a member of staff.

Track and Trace

We will have the bookers contact details and number of people in the group, this is enough information needed for the government tracing program.

The gathering of this information will be GDPR compliant and will not be used for marketing.


Any booking that is cancelled or has to be cancelled due to Covid-19, the Customer will be issued a voucher for the total amount of their booking, which can be used any time within the following 2 years from the issue date.
