There are several public car parks within walking distance of the venue.
Do I need to book in advance?
We highly recommend booking online in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Some experiences and events may sell out, particularly during weekends and school holidays.

Escape Room FAQs
What is an escape room?
An escape room is a live-action adventure where your team solves puzzles, discovers clues, and completes a mission before time runs out.
How many people can play?
Each room has its own minimum and maximum player capacity. Please check the individual room page for specific details.
Do we really get locked in?
All escape rooms have emergency exits and you are free to leave at any time if required.
What happens if we get stuck?
Our game hosts monitor your progress and can provide hints if needed.
How long do escape rooms last?
You have 60 minutes to escape, with additional time for briefing and debriefing.
Are escape rooms scary?
Some rooms contain atmospheric themes and suspense, while others are family-friendly adventures. Please check the room description before booking.
Is there an age restriction?
While there is no restriction on age, the puzzles may be too demanding for those under 10, we do have a star rating on each room to display the difficulty. Please note that under 16's must have an adult present at the venue (however they don't have to be present in the room). Toddlers and babies are welcome, but some rooms can be noisy so if you're unsure do ask.

What is Virtual Reality?
Virtual Reality (VR) allows you to step inside digital worlds using specialised headsets and equipment for a fully immersive experience.
Is VR suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Our team will provide full instructions before your session begins.
Can I wear glasses while using VR?
In most cases, yes. Our headsets can comfortably accommodate most sizes/styles glasses.
How many experiences are available?
We offer access to over 100 virtual reality games and experiences covering adventure, action, exploration, puzzles, and some multiplayer gaming.
Is there an age limit?
We generally recommend VR for ages 6+, although this can vary depending on the experience selected as some are age rated.
Racing Simulator FAQs
Are the racing simulators realistic?
Yes. Our professional racing simulators provide an immersive driving experience with realistic vehicle handling, force feedback steering, and competitive racing environments.
Can beginners take part?
Definitely. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned racer, our simulators cater to all skill levels.
How many simulators do you have?
We currently have eight linked simulators available, allowing friends, families, and corporate groups to race together.
Can I book all eight simulators?
Yes. Exclusive bookings are available for private events, parties, and corporate sessions.
Is there an age limit?
We generally recommend ages 8+, due to the power of the wheels and how close the chair will adjust to the pedals.
Events FAQs
Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
Most live events require advance ticket purchase. We strongly recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Some events may offer door sales if tickets remain available, but this is not guaranteed.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend checking the website for the door opening time.
Do you have a bar?
Yes. Our licensed bar serves a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks during events and opening hours.
Are events seated?
Yes, there will be seating for approximately 90 people, this is on a first come basis.

Can you accommodate large groups?

Yes. Exclusive venue hire is available for corporate events, parties, celebrations, and special occasions.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
