Mr. Murderies’ Players present: ‘All the Nice People Are Here’ – A Festival Murder Mystery. The year is 1972. The place is Tupholme Abbey near Bardney. It’s time for the Great Western Festival and yes; ‘All the Nice People Are Here’! Or are they? The festival is already beset with problems; local councillor Daphne Crawford has an injunction in place to prevent the festival from going ahead. Actor Stanley Baker and Lord Hamilton have agreed £10,000 bonds against damages but with the arrival of the Hells Angels extorting money from the stall-holders, a storm is brewing. Join us for an evening of lies, deceit and murder. Enjoy the music from the festival as you pit your wits and investigate who could commit such a terrible crime! The event is totally interactive (fancy dress is advised), but you’re not required to role play – the actors play the characters and put on the show where you have to be the sleuth and gather all the information needed to solve the case, after the main performance the cast will walk around the room and you’re encouraged to question the suspects at your table. This event is brilliant for couples and groups of all sizes.
